Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of barsto.com and to all purchases from Bar-Sto Precision Machine LLC (“Bar-Sto”, “we”, “us”), 3571 Hansen Ave, Sturgis, SD 57785. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and legal compliance

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where state law requires) and legally allowed to buy and own the products you order. You are responsible for following all federal, state and local laws on firearm parts in your area. Some items must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL). We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe would break the law.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe our products and their compatibility accurately. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

3. Orders and payment

All orders must be accepted by us. Payment is charged when you place your order. Custom orders must be paid in full in advance. We may refuse or cancel orders, including suspected fraudulent orders.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, delivery timeframes and FFL requirements are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We currently ship only within the United States.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

6. Installation and use

Many of our barrels require fitting. We recommend that a qualified gunsmith fit and install our products. You are responsible for safe installation and use, including using ammunition that is correct for and safe in your firearm. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper fitting, modification, misuse, or reloaded or non-standard ammunition.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our posted policies, products are sold without any other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site when you place your order applies to that order.
