Shipping & Delivery Policy
Where we ship
We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Delivery Timeframe
- In-stock items: usually ship within 2–7 business days after your order is placed and payment is approved.
- Transit time: once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Custom and special orders (extended, threaded, ported or custom-fit items) are made to order. The estimated completion time is given when you order. Delivery times are approximate and may vary from that estimate.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping options
At checkout you can choose shipping with a signature required or no signature required. If you choose no signature, Bar-Sto Precision Machine is not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after delivery.
FFL shipping requirements
Some items must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) and cannot be shipped to a home address. These items are marked on their product pages. California residents: all barrels and parts must be shipped to an FFL, with no exceptions. You are responsible for following all federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase.
Delays and problems
Carrier delays, weather and other events beyond our control can affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at (605) 720-4000 or barstoinfo@uia.net.
